I just got discharged from Mcauley and MOST of the aids and nurses were caring and compassionate. I only had 1 aid over night gave me the I dont care about you attitude and made me feel like an inconvenience and below her. And 1 nurse had a shitty attitude but thankfully I didn't get them often. I wish I could remember names but the staff in PT and OT were superior! Anne the nurse supervisor checked on me often and related with other issues I had besides the surgery. So friendly, kind and outgoing. As far as food, IT WAS AWEFUL!!!!! I went 3 days without eating before the dietician came to my room and she actually set up a special menu for me, after that I looked forward to every meal. Im not a person thay relies on other people for help, and they understood my frustrations and helped me thru the process. I still need PT at home but since I just got home I dont have any feedback on that. Other than a few issues and unless you bring it to their attention they dont learn. I dont think any facility is 100% perfect, but I'd recommend Mcauley for anyone needing assistance.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the most amazing nurse!!! I was so uncomfortable at first with the whole situation. I was in excruciating pain doing my wound vac changes and she helped me through my whole journey. Alyssa is amazingggggg and I would recommend her any day as a nurse. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about McAuley Seton Home Care. From the first phone conversation I had with them to start my home care everyone was extremely wonderful. They were kind, caring and thorough. Any nurse that came to my home was amazing! I did end up eventually having a regular nurse come. I want to especially point out Christina O’Hara. She went above and beyond for me. She caught an infection early on and made sure o went to have it treated right away. She was on top of everything. She was beyond kind, caring and just so knowledgeable. I just adore her. I also want to thank Sue D who was my IV nurse to help treat the infection I had. I was so scared to do an IV on my own but she was such an amazing teacher I can now do it with my eyes closed. She was so awesome. So patient and just so caring. And last but certainly not least Michele Jakson who was my PT wound therapy specialist who did E-Stimulation on my wounds to get them over the hump and help them to finally close. She was also so awesome just beyond amazing. Again, caring, kind and so compassionate. These girls would check on me on the days they weren’t even coming over that is how amazing they all are! Anyone who needs wound care/ home care I highly recommend these nurses! I am forever grateful for all of them!! ♥️

I had two full knee replacements done 7 weeks apart this year. I had the same home Physical Therapist for both of them . This is my first personal dealing with home care. Phil was awesome. He’s a compassionate, knowledgeable therapist. I would highly recommend him.
