If it were possible to allocate a negative quantify of stars, I would prefer that. Our experience with WillCare has included an unexpected surcharge for the nurse that was only explained in-person during the agency's assessment (something that no other agency had done); and two weeks of payment in advance for an aide who turned out to be unmotivated, unable to connect with her patient, and, most importantly, dangerously derelict in her assignment. When we dismissed the aide for cause after finding her asleep twice in three days, we might have asked for a refund, but we just asked for the balance of our advance payment to be returned. A month later, we are still trying to get that money back. This sort of delay could be the difference for many families between getting help and not. The mendacity and the misdirection in the communication with their executive director, who is either incompetent or fraudulent in her actions, is reprehensible.

I started receiving services from this Company yesterday (1/8/2022.) I called today around 8:30 PM because I was having a medical issue (since 7:45PM) and wanted to talk to a nurse to see if I needed to go to the ER for my issue as it didn’t seem that the medication I took at 8PM was not working to resolve my medical issue. The person who answered from WillCare told me that a nurse who was on-Call was to contact me within 10 minutes. That seemed reasonable to me. I patiently waited, but no one called me from WillCare. However, the medicine I took finally kicked in around 9:00PM, so my medical issue was resolved. Because the nurse On-Call never returned my call, And I wanted to inform Will Care I no longer needed someone to call me (and to actually get an explanation for the Delay..) I called WillCare. The person who answered identified herself as “Brittany.” I explained to her about my previous call and that I was informed that someone would call me within 10 minutes but one hour had passed without receiving a call from the “nurse on Call”. Brittnay NEVER apologized for the delay. She got all defensive and didn’t let me talk. I then got upset (but I am a respectful person, I never curse or make threats.) I finally talked over her as she was causing me to be sick again, so I told her I no longer needed a nurse return my call as the pills finally kicked in, and I just wanted to go to sleep. I Will Never recommend this Company to anyone. The first responder person is not qualified for the job. That is why it is low rated. I did not choose this Company to work with me. It was my surgeon. I will tell him about the Company.

They don't listen to their patients it is very hard to get the manager to speak with you. They like for people to get upset and try to make them scream at the them. There is no human respect from this company. I will be going to another company. Also when you explain to them that they can not stop skilled nursing because your doctor office has nothing to do with what you yourself have going on and nursing has to come and do it for they tell you that they are taking skilled nursing out when in reality they can not do that. This company is always rude the staff in the office they purposely upset you and want you to get mad and bring you out of pocket so you look bad. This company is the worst and don't listen to their patients.

No one calls you back whether you get a aide or you are one. I go three weeks without anyone and only find out when I call after they supposed to start. If someone comes it’s at a different time and no one tells either of us anything. Almost cussed out one girl that show up two hours late and the office ain’t even tell her to be there at 3:00 and not 5:00. Smh.

They had five stars from me but the longer I’ve spent here the worst things have got. If a aide shows up to your house at all consider yourself lucky. If your aide shows up and is on time...well that ain’t happening. No one will let you know it’s just a surprise every time. Try calling if you want but it’s a waste of time
