I strongly reccomend the VNA of WNY ( cheektowaga branch) for anyone who needs excellent professional home services after surgery. A big shout out goes to PT Alexis and Chris Abate. Chris Abate not only went out of his way to help but I learned much through his professional services. Thank you for teaching how to use the cane and walker properly ice and elevation providing me with excellent exercises and how I could use the kitchen ledge properly.( It was a pleasant way to exercise looking outside at the view).Thank you for discussing my concerns with me and educating me. Also thank you for the dedication and loyalty you did show me with concerns about ambulance coming after discovering bruises as well as discussing swelling. At last but least thank you for picking up the free cane for me at the shop in Perry as well as adjusting it and teaching me how to use it properly

I wanted to recognize Stephan C. for being great at his job and for being an outstanding home physical therapist for my mother. You can truly tell he enjoys his job and cares about his patients. From the first day we met Stephan he approached us with great spirits and vibes, he always greeted my family as he walked into our home, and asked how my Mom was doing each time he met with her. He takes his job very seriously and was extraordinary help for her. He was always suggesting things she could work on in between meeting with him, and even suggested more ways her family could help get her moving around more! He always had a smile on his face and made my family feel very comfortable throughout the duration of every session. His work ethic, empathy, and patient care did not go unnoticed. I highly suggest him for any other families looking for PT help! Thank you again to Stephan for his services and utmost professionalism. We will never forget him. Kudos to him and the VNA company as a whole!

We would like to thank Ashley Kobler and Jeff Deeds from the VNA for their help during my wife's recovery from a recent hip replacement. Ashley and Jeff were very personable and professional and helped us immensely with their advice and their care plan for recovery. I have had a great experience with VNA following my total knee replacement. My P.T. guy Phil was knowledgeable, great communication ,kind and just an overall great guy. My nurse Casey was also very professional and kind. I was a little anxious about having the 23 staples pulled but Casey made it relatively painless. Thank you guys!

Update: I already tried to speak to Lynn. She did nothing to help me. I have all the documentation stating the estimate would be $32 yet I am being charged more then $100 Also I had multiple appointments times made and each one was missed. Left messages with the nurse trying to reschedule and no call back was received. Do not waste your time with this company!! They don't care about patients they care more about how much money they can get from you. Hire a private nurse instead If I could give them a 0 I would. Don't use! They told me my visits would be $32 each and now trying to charge me over $130! Tina in billing literally said they can charge whatever they want!!! Do not recommend! You are better off finding a nurse to come to your home as they will probably do more then they did for me
