I have worked with Laura and her team at HCR on their office space for several years and have enjoyed working with everyone I have met there. They are friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

I don't know why doctor's office is refer you to this place they suck!! Usually you're referred to a nurse to follow up after a surgery or a hospital stay and then they don't show up for weeks on end and then when they do show up they tell you that they can't offer you any services to help you! That's all a lie! When you need help after a surgery they are delayed they tell you that they didn't get reports that they didn't get referrals and that's not true because it was sent for my doctor's office to them three times! They've also screwed up on multiple people that I know not coming out on time and not taking care of the patients! Do not use this company!

I called HRC to set up home care after being discharged from the hospital for a fractured tibial plateau. The in take nurse was very knowledgeable and caring. Nick was my physical therapist. He was able to get me to my next step to outpatient therapy. Nick listened to any concerns or questions I had. He was very understanding and knowledgeable. Alysa was my occupational therapist. She is such a sweet person! She helped me so I could accomplish day to day activities in the house. I have been doing the exercises that both Nick and Alysa instructed me to do. I am confident I will have a complete recovery and be up and moving normal again. I highly recommend this organization.

Patient discharged from hospital on 11/9. First nurse visit happened 11/10. We were told a nurse would call 11/14 to set up a visit on 11/15. Nothing. I called 11/15 and 11/16 and spoke with triage nurses and a scheduler. After today's discussion, I expected a callback at the very least. Nothing yet. Patient has been home for a week, no nurse visit since day 1. I am not impressed. Everyone I have met or spoken to has been polite and professional, but there's been no follow-up. EDIT: Nurse arrived on 11/17. Already scheduled for next week, too. Nurse was pleasant, professional, and thorough. The patient's issue is being addressed, and we're feeling much more comfortable with the nursing care.

Several times we told them that they needed to call the morning before they wanted to come not the night before so arrangements could be made that I or my mother could be there when someone came, the physical therapist and occupational therapist understand and made it work. The nurses on the other hand just plain out ignored us on this, and just plain rude about. Calling the night before to schedule the next day doesn't work very well if someone had to take time off of work or gee I don't know already has a doctor's appointment or something, can't really give work notice st 7pm or reschedule an already existing appointment now can you.
