Coreen Synek has been my nurse She is the best in-home nurse I’ve ever had. I’ve had several. She is very efficient and knows exactly what she’s doing She has made my wound heal quicker than expected I would recommend her to anybody I really appreciate the fact that she makes herself available to come here as often as well. Care will allow her to come. Best and most of all she really cares about me as a patient

Nurse Eva is SUPER helpful, very patient, nice efficient and prompt. She communicates her arrival time to our home and arrives at the time that she communicated. She ensures that we are getting the services and supplies that my grandmother requires and always asks if we have any questions. She has a gentle and caring energy about her which I really appreciate. I’m not sure if our physical therapist and occupational therapist are from the same agency but if so they are equally as amazing as Eva❤️

Leah my OT Is the best therapist ever. I am 84 years old. I have muscular dystrophy and I have three cancers. Currently I am slowly dying of terminal leukemia... I have seen dozens of occupational therapists.. I have never met anyone like Leah. She is incredible highly skillful incredibly devoted to every patient and the patient’s comfort and care. I have never met a better therapist than her and I’ve seen many with my late husband after his stroke and when I took care of my mother in a wheelchair, it is a pleasure and a privilege to come across someone as rare and as wonderful as LEAH. I can be very critical and very grouchy due to my illness, but I would recommend Liya enthusiastically and without any reservation. LEAH is precious, and I am most grateful to her until I die. I would like to add that I am in and out of cancer Hospital at least four times a year and I always ask for Leah so I got to know her really well. Gratefully,Monika Zuckermann, New York City.

Healing Now

I had the most wonderful experience with Ms. L. Lee a nurse from your company. I had questions, concerns and anxiety. Ms. Lee eliminated all of that very quickly with her calmness and empathy for what I was feeling. She gave me an overview of the process that put me at complete ease. I am so thankful that Ms. Lee was kind, patient and willing to explain in order to alleviate my stress. This is a new world for my family and Ms. Lee ushered us in nicely. I think it would be great if Ms. Lee did a promotional video for Royal Care in which she explained the dynamics to incoming patients and their families. That would go a long way towards helping new families feel confident and peaceful as they engage with Royal Care. Thanks again to Ms. Lee.
