I just contacted this Home Care Agency and the woman who answered the phone communicated in a manner as if she was trying to put someone to sleep. When asked several questions regarding services and Medicare to cover, she appeared annoyed and stated at one point, "I told you, Medicare does not cover all". I'm trying to help an elderly friend of my mother and this employee was cold. She requires severe customer service skills. Skip this Agency and move on to true professionals. If I could give zero stars I would.
