We previously posted a bad rating. But we found out the other side of the story. The nurse was here today, we were extremely happy with her! They will be helping Howard for quite a few weeks, at least!

They sent an aide to my grandmas house that was totally clueless. The aide couldn’t tell my grandmother why she was there even though asked 5 times what she was here for could not come up with a reason. She didn’t have a name tag, the aide did a quick snack run for my gram and upon her return my wife and her CNA friend had come over because the aide would not help my grandmother bathe. I was going to pay the CNA out of pocket to pay my grandmother so my grandmother told the aide she could leave. The aide proceeded to state “they keep moving me around. I need the hours” then sat down on the couch and watched tv for an hour and a half. During which time I had put my son in time out. Then subsequently went out to the car with my son as he was acting up in time out. My son cried because his sister was in the house and he felt he should be too. So after asking my son to behave we went inside. The aide made a false report to Cps stating that I “slapped my son across the face” which I obviously had not since the aide was in the presence of my grandmother and wife as well. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU VALUE YOUR FAMILY

Horrible. I am a stroke survivor and returned home after a month and a half of acute rehab. Was supposed to receive 2 visits per week from RN PT,OT and home aide. In the month and a half I'been home, I received 4 of 8 Rn visits, 3 of 8 OT visits and 0 aide visits. Thankfully, my PT visits have been spot on and I' made enormous progress! With her support, I!m walking with almost no assistance and she has helped me improve all physical activity. The social work support has been marginal, abest . Company told me that I was expected to "be available" to all HCR visits. Makes sense unless you consider that most times, most "scheduled" visits never happened and most were "no ÷call, no-show" withe notable exception of PT. They even had someone call me to tell me they would call every Tues with all schedule changes-surprise, that never happened either. Excuses ran from being short-staffed to call ins, Not my problem. Would this clown show at all costs. Would recommend you find another local source [f support Positively shameful. Company should consider entering lawn care or trash pickup. Better yet provide bottle recycling service .👎
