After being discharged without notice to me or my doctor who ordered home visit and also was not notified, and when left and message and received a call back they did not want to hear my side of the story they just stated after I’ve had them coming to my home for four years from a stage 4 pressure ulcer on my coccyx they discharged me So this is my side. Since 2020 to 2025 ( except last 3 months I had an assume worker (MD) only days refused times is 1. I was in the hospital 2. (MD) was taking benefit time. 3 months go my worker decided to take a different job Last 3 moths I’ve had 2 different workers coming to my home, due to and ice storm where staff text t me they were staying home “ & me having dr visits with OB, primary, wound center, neurologist appointments. I’ve only been seen About 4 times. Clients have a right to refuse visits/ care/ treatment if they don’t receive the care/ respect/ compassion/ privacy/ respecting clients family members/ not rolling your eyes and mumbling as ur leaving saying “ well my workday is done” to a clients spouse cuz they show up 45 minutes early then pass by me in ur car leaving my driveway. We get approved for assistance as we need that extra help not to be disrespected .HHS interview your nurses better and u get a good one that get the good reviews, try to keep them. I had a very unpleasant encounter w/ a female employee just last week...I made the mistake of getting ready for work & was standing by their bench which I assumed was a public bench seeing how my other co-workers would stand by it on occasion, I was approached by a female employee was a very horrendous attitude, she acted very tense while talking to me as if she was ready to fight, this encounter was literally making me feel uncomfortable, when I asked her why there wasn't a sign out that stated the bench was on private property *She rolled her eyes & said something smart under her breath & walked back into the building (Now I just want to say for the record, I don't have a issue w/ her telling me I had to go...I have an issue w/ poor attitude & she felt the need to talk to talk down to me) I've tried to get ahold of this company via email to explain what happened & as of 09/10/24 I've yet to hear from them, they have both my cell & email address, If anybody knows how I can get in touch w/ the owner of this company or a manager I can speak to ...please let me know...Thanks

I was very dissappointed in the defamation that was put on my character. I'm not gonna get on here & bad mouth anyone because, that just shows a distasteful character on my part. However; I do hope scheduling is corrected due to the fact that clients are rightfully allotted the full-time through their insurance companies for their care & should never be cheated. When it takes 1/2 in travel, the company should give their employees 40 mins to get there depending on weather & road conditions, 15 mins won't cover a 1/2 travel & the staff are left trying to explain to the clients the reason. Unlike this company I will only say; good luck & I hope someday they get everything together. A last tip: listen to your employees suggestions & concerns because as the saying goes there is no I in team.
