My mom had visiting nursing and physical therapy Denise and Mary Ann as the rn were both very professional , called prior to each visit to make sure my mom’s availability. They were both very attentive to details and followed up with providers when needed. The therapist Jessica was excellent . Professional and worked really well with my mom, she provided clear and detailed exercises my mom was able to do on her own as well. Really great agency and very communicative

The nurrse called the day after discharge and came to visit the next day she ran a short llst of questions and failed to elicit or ask relevant questions re why I was hospitalized, what my problems are (cancer and Parkinson’s among many),or what my meds are (many, complex)). Then she took my blood pressure manually without a stethoscope or feeling my pulse, ie totally invalidly! She said PT call and come in 3 days, 8 days in, no call. She called to confirm a visit today between 12 and three, no visit or cancellation call but I got a call from her number that rang only once which I answered immediately to get a dial tone—-I can only assume to create a record of a call.
