They showed up once to help my father after he had a very major surgery. Never showed up again. No communication from this awful company other than to tell him that he can't cancel the service unless he signs paperwork to do so but they claim they have to bring him the paperwork and he'll obviously never see anyone again so that's not going to happen. Total joke avoid at all costs.

They refused to send a nurse out to my home for TPN care basically because they didn’t want to. There were initially some insurance issues (which they did not help with at all) and once we got that squared away they said they wouldn’t send a nurse because I was managing on my own up until that point. They tried to blame my insurance but wouldn’t actually elaborate when questioned about it and when I contacted my insurance I was informed that it had nothing to do with insurance. When they were actually coming out (prior to the insurance mess-up) they were friendly and on time, but would often direct me to go to the ER whenever there was a skin issue or lines wouldn’t flush, which seemed more due to them not wanting to make an additional visit. I used a different nursing service years ago and did not have any of these issues (same insurance too).

I am a recent patient and so far they have really been on the ball! Starting from the physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Social worker and my home care nurse, I have nothing but the best words to say regarding thier services. The have been equally professional! As a matter of fact, after being referred, I had back to back visits, expedient from each one within a weeks time! Maybe these are older reviews, but I have not one word to add about this company, thus far they have surpassed my expectations and I will highly recommend this company to anyone in need of health care. Thank you Nascentia, My family and friends look forward to my care being in good hands! Thank you, kindly. Ps. I love my permanent nurse Donna! She is a wonderful addition to your company!

Horrible company my handicapped grandson was dropped with no notice after his stepmom did not recertify with Medicaid. The end of July my handicapped grandson lost 49 hours of aide service to help feed and go on 3 to 4 medical appointments. This recertification was June 1st & we were dropped from June 1st home health care came until they were not paid from June 1st Twice talked to his case worker & this has never happen & we will call get this straighten out.

EXTREMELY long wait times when calling to get transportation for an appointment. I called 30 minutes ago and was number 10 in queue. I am now in number 7. I handle arrangements for an LTC the has 400+ residents. Every other insurance company I deal with either provides an online portal to enter trips or are staffed well enough at their call centers so that the wait is no longer than 5-10 minutes. I can honestly say that Nascentia is the single most unprofessional company that I have experienced. When you finally get through to a rep there are times when you are treated like they are doing you a favor. 45 minutes and I am at number 5 now. I can only imagine how this kind of experience effects their enrollees and caregivers that have to endure this kind of treatment from an entity that makes loads of $ and has zero consideration for their time. I can count on one hand the number of positive experiences I have had in my dealings with them in the 5 years I have been in this position. 55 minutes now, and still at #5. I clock out in 5 minutes and looks like I will have to do this all over tomorrow.
