Staff is caring and knowledgeable. They had me up and navigating after 4 weeks. PT. OTand nursing staff are outstanding and go above and beyond. I recommend St. Lukeʻs Rehab. Wynn recommended it to me. Thanks everyone for everything. I will miss you all but hope to only see on the outside!!!

My wife has had a very positive experience here. The facilty is very clean and maintained well. She likes the food and if she doesn't like a particular item they get her something she likes. Staff has been wonderful and attentive with very few issues in timing response. Ot and Pt staff are the best. They make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and laughing in no time. They're also very good at making you do more. Transportation to appointments has went very well. All in all it's been an excellent experience so far!

Horrible place … my diabetic father who is unable to take care of himself. Was not given his insulin for the two days he was there. Was rushed back to the hospital with a 500 reading . Which. They claim they didn’t know. But they had him on a diabetic diet. Are you kidding me!!! He came directly from the hospital being treated for diabetes and other med issues. Unprofessional, clueless and. Trying to make excuses for there neglect to my father !! Do yourself a favor don’t go there !!! You’re better off at the pines ! If that tells you something!! Nursing staff is garbage ! Crying and making a scene isn’t going to cover up your mistakes !

This experience for my.mom was simply awful. My mom is 94 years old and broke her hip. The OT/PT WAS excellent and that is all the positive I have to offer. Mom asked not to have male aid, (it was noted in her chart) but yet it was not honored. Moms menu was transferred from the hospital which was completely incorrect and the hospital said it would be corrected when it was transferred over , and it was not. The hospital had her on a mechanical diet which was completely wrong. They had her allergic to yeast which was not true. The rehab stated it would take time to correct it. In the meantime, she was given the ground up crap that no one could eat. It took 3 days to correct it. I just made food for her and brought it in. The.medications were not correct coming over from the hospital. That was also corrected by the hospital but was never transferred to the rehab. That also too a couple of days to correct. I was told that the PRN meds were only given when the patient asked for it.many older patients don't have the cognitive ability to ask for meds they did. not even know they could ask for. The nurses should ask the patient if they need it. Mom was transferred to the toilet and left there and the aid told her that her shift is done so someone else can take her off. The next was never told that mom was on the toilet. About 20 minutes later, mom was crying and yelling "help" the next shift heard her and helped her. Another time mom was not transferred to the wheel chair by the "Sara steady " which was in her chart . She was just picked up to transfer her to the wheel chair. There is an hour during lunch that the aids are not available for any patient that chose to eat in her room. Unacceptable. Mom had to pee her pants because, as you know, many elderly are somewhat incontinent and cannot wait. That is also unacceptable. I can go on and on but I would take forever.

Nursing staff is terrific . Aides are very helpful and kind for the most part. I found the facility to be clean and comfortable. Food was good if not predictable. If I need rehab again I would probably choose them.
