They don't listen to your suggestions of who comes to your home, we've had other companies tell us how to live and they we're " African " Americans anyway I don't want to go through the same issues that we had in the past, please send us caucasian people instead, my wife has a hard time trusting people and extremely not happy about all this currently but she needs the assistance PT part of it and if you can't understand than I will take our business elsewhere

Ok about a week or so ago I was getting frustrated cause the person they paired me with for o.t. which was erica she wasnt calling like I was told she was supposed to so I constantly had to call to find out what was going on. The R.N. had already came out she was awesome. Well erica still never showed so someone else has me now. Her name is Cameron she absolutely amazing. Shes awesome. I look forward to working with her. Update #2 review. Well Care is a great company for the most part the ones I've talked to very caring. I've been working with my therapist a lil while now. I dont know how Well Care does the scheduling it's by county or what. I highly recommend this company, and as for therapist I recommend Cameron, if you're able to request her shes Awesome!. I've had multiple therapist from different companies through my years when I was younger, but Cameron is by far the Greatest. I absolutely love her shes Great Update#3 Finally finished my rounds of therapy. My therapist cameron crumpler was by far awesome. Her associate Amanda I have to say was lazy. I'll never work with wellcare again. I'll work with Cameron if she ever goes to a different company or goes to her own practice. But wellcare as a whole it's no good. Theres better places out there. Thay put time and effort in their patients. You know a therapist is lazy and dont wanna do her job not Cameron but the other one when she says all you do is play games and do activities. Ok what else is there to do to strengthen muscles in hands thats occupational therapy read the definition of it duh.

If i could give negetive stars i would!!!!!! Maria the nurse that checked on my 85 year old grandfather....Threatned to pepper spray my dog because he licked her hand!!!! Very disappointed with the treatment and attuide she had with us!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😤😤😤😤😤😤😡😡😡😡😡

This past months to year, this ins, company has become horrible. Undependable, and sorry. It is my right and I tell you now before settling, search out all, they have made me think they were working to help me out, as I look back weeks I see I've had to call in about every week at least once a week because what I may have called for didn't get done. I shouldn't have had to be the one to call on for prior approvals, and when my dr.s tell me they haven't received forms to fill out, it makes sense now, months later This one certainly don't cover any ain relievers now, then I just learned when my dr did try to try me on something, they told them what to put me on that they will cover. That's wrong, you are not me, and don't know my health and body, you have no right. I will find me another ins company You aren't the only one. I didn't want to click on even 1 star. I been getting the run around for at least half a year while you been getting paid for it.
