No comment. I would suggest using a home health agency that is more compassionate.

I have been extremely sick since the beginning of June,I've been to the ER there twice,I had pnumonia and was sent home,I'm getting worse,I can't eat without getting sick,I've lost 8 pound in almost 2 weeks, they would not even admit me to try to get me better, gave me one bag of fluids and I was so dehydrated they had to stick me 7-8 times to even get a vein that would work,All my life I've never been treated so horribly at Randolph,I feel like they don't care about patients anymore,I'm trying to work with my Primary Dr and cardiologist,I am having some problems with my heart, the care has went to a zero in my book,I don't know what has happened with this hospital but patient care is not top priority like it use to be,I'm praying I don't die before someone can help me,you need to reevaluate your ER staff, meaning Drs and start being more considerate to people's health,I'm very disappointed with the care and the way I was treated,I will never come back to Randolph Hospital for nothing unless it's an x-ray
