Anna, the PT assistant, who worked with my husband at our home after hip surgery was FABULOUS. She was on time, professional, warm, calm and VERY helpful with practical, easy solutions. What a gem!!!!

I have had home health nurses several times these past few years. All of the nurses were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. However, the nurse currently caring for my wounds stands above all the rest. Her name is Julie Burns. She stands above all the rest. She is very knowledgeable, polite, caring, etc.. By saying this I hope the other nurses aren't offended because they helped make Centerwell the great organization that it is too. I will always use Centerwell if I need these services again. I’d like to review their service, but they won’t pick up their phone. My father, a VA referred patient, was told they would send out someone for assessment this morning. No one has come and it’s near end of day. No call. They won’t pickup. And save your canned response. My next complaint will go to the Better Business Bureau, then to the VA Inspector General to look into your negligence to fulfill your contract with the VA.

I simply cannot thank Centerwell enough for the excellent care my Dad received following his quadruple heart bypass surgery . It started with Kenny receiving the referral and setting everything up . The Nurses and Pt Therapist showed up and answered all of our questions. They made things happen and they truly cared. Thank you Centerwell team you are best in home health care .

I’m have been a patient for a few months and have found that scheduling is a big issue. Sometimes I get no call until the day of telling me what time they are coming. I have plans and thinks that the have to do so I need to know a little in advance. I need this on my time. Also I have not had the same nurse more than 3-4 times. It’s hard to build a rapport with someone when you don’t see the same person. Most of the nurses have been friendly so that does help. I think the biggest problem is the scheduling. We really wish they would call at least the day before. I prefer my appointments before noon so I’m not waiting all day.
