This is the third time my Husband has received their services. The team, Maria, Jodi, Hannah and Dina do an exceptional job working with my spouse. No sugar coating; they work him hard so that he will have a better life. Deborah from social services, provided us with many resources to keep him socially and mentally engaged. Gratitude to all of them; they are some of the best!

I’m extremely disappointed with the front desk service at Adoration Home Health Care. When calling for assistance regarding my mother’s care, the receptionist provided incorrect information, which led to unnecessary delays and a complete waste of time. Clear and accurate communication is essential in healthcare, especially when dealing with patients who rely on timely support. This experience was frustrating and avoidable. I hope the staff receives better training to ensure that families don’t have to go through similar issues in the future.

I do not recommend Adoration Home health. We have had to call and beg for services that should have been pre-arranged and scheduled for my father. They can’t give days or times of PT or OT. The nurse came to draw blood and couldn’t because she didn’t have the right supplies. They disregard orders from the physician. I need a manger to call me! Very disappointed and sad for the care we have been given. Amanda Nichols

Adoration health discharged my dad when he had pneumonia. The nurse said he was "stable" and discharged him. Later that night he was admitted to the hospital with RSV and pneumonia. Please take care of your loved ones and stay clear of this company. - review submitted by Dr. Kathleen Tillman

it should be noted that I am the caregiver of the patient that was being treated. Patient broke her femur. After two weeks of therapy, the agency called Patient and said she was being discharged as insurance said it was no longer medically necessary. As a home care provider, the agency is supposed to provide the necessary documentation to the insurance company. The clinical manager was no help, saying there's nothing she could do. The patient had not even gotten up stairs to her bedroom or showered at this point. The physical therapist was helpful in trying to communicate with the surgeon and PCP. Two weeks later the patient was able to get admitted to another agency with no problem getting services. I Would NEVER recommend this agency as The administration/clinical supervisors were incapable of doing an effective job and therefore the patient suffered.
