We had OT and PT come to the home for 4-5 weeks. Both were very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the folks at the Atrium Health At Home whose address is 5040 Airport Center Parkway, Charlotte.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have a billing issue and they won't file my insurance correctly and offer a different excuse every time. They keep telling me they will call me back but I continuousely have to call back to hear their new excuse. They deserve negative stars.

I had a wonderful experience. Good nurses. I had several issues that needed to be escalated to the office manager. This was all taken care quickly and favorably resolved. Everyone showed genuine interest and investment in my outcome

Horrendous! They should be out of business. Not fit to supply necessary, vital medical equipment. I am not sure what happened to this place since 2019 when they were good, but their customer service and competence has completely crashed. I've been trying to reach them for TWO MONTHS to replace a broken CPAP machine my doctor gave them the Rx for over 8 weeks ago. Their website and outgoing voicemail message says they respond to emails in 24 hours - THATS A LIE! I've sent several emails in these past 2 months and nobody has ever replied. I've called them too many times to count and the same thing happens EVERY TIME. Someone takes my information, says they're going to put me on hold "for just a minute", or they have to "go see if my machine is in", or they have to "transfer me to another dept", etc., and then I sit on hold for 10, 20, even 47 minutes one time before it disconnects, and nobody EVER calls back. I'm asking my doctor today to recommend a new supplier immediately. I'm also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, AND, I'm calling the State of North Carolina to see if there is an agency that oversees medical equipment suppliers, and if there is, I'm filing a complaint there as well. These people running Health at Home need to understand they aren't selling cheeseburgers, they are SUPPLYING MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, some for actual life supporting things. They have to do much, much better.
