This company is a joke and I will stop at nothing for everyone to know that. They send unqualified nurses to your home and DO NOT HAVE THE STAFF TO FULFILL YOUR NEEDS. They claim they want feedback about their company, however when provided, they retaliate and continue to not staff you and then discharge you. They allow nurses to share your address with their family and friends without your consent, come later/leave early, and leave your child left UNATTENDED. The nurses suffer no consequences, nor do the staff for their unprofessional actions. They never communicate unless you initiate the conversation and will blatantly lie. The new director MONIQUE, nursing manager NATASHA and service client manager BROOKE are all unprofessional and incompetent at their jobs. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST AND WARN YOUR LOVED ONES WHO ARE LOOKING FOR CARE.
