I just had total knee replacement on 11/10/2025 and was referred for Home Health Services. I must state that most everyone that came out to assist me was amazing. There is one Physical Therapist I'd like to acknowledge and thank...Mr. Evan Jones was the first one to come. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and gentle with patients. He made me feel safe and he encouraged me. Today, was my last day and Evan took the time to listen to my health concerns and took time with my physical therapy making sure I did it appropriately to get the benefits. He's an awesome PT therapist. We need more Evan's in this 🌎.

Five Star Service. Second full knee replacement this year. Was assigned to IHoC for out patient care on the second knee. My home care PT listened to my concerns. He acknowledged and validated my thoughts and gave valuable practical and thorough feedback. Evan Jones was kind and encouraging throughout my treatment. I was given “next step” exercises when appropriate. I did have more questions than most. Evan never hesitated in providing thorough exemplary instruction and follow up. My current level of healing is certainly better for having the opportunity to work with Evan Jones.

First I would like to thank Gabby Groff .. She is the ultimate professional that any company would love to have .. she's so positive in her nature and has a inborn trait that can't be bought or taught in college . I work with Gabby for 5 months thru a hip replacement and a knee replacement surgery and can walk without pain again . That said PT THERAPY from Gabby is only 18 to 20 percent of the process..you must listen and do your exercises minimum 2 times a day and even better 3 times a day .. you must walk and stretch your muscles any time you are lying or sitting long periods of time . My experience it took 5 weeks for the pain to dissappear and I work out 4 and 5 times aday . If you do this before your muscles and ligaments settle in place your walking has a better chance of getting some what normal. Again thank you Gabby Groff on a job well done ..

Evan worked with me post-op total knee replacement for three weeks before I shifted to outpatient. Persistent, insistent and absolutely consistent in his compassionate encouragement, Evan never left me with a moments doubt that we would reach our short term goals. It wasn't easy as there were a couple of additional osteo issues that added to the challenge. I never would have made it through this without his professional commitment, confidence and great sense of humor. Our healthcare system is severely suffering from all kinds of management and greed driven issues. It's the dedicated care givers like Evan that make it bearable.
