Unfortunately I had to visit this facility at around 4:00 am last night with a medical issue. Fortunately I was at one of the best Emergency Rooms I had been to. From the time I arrived till I left a couple hours later, all the staff I had any contact with were amazing. First, the kind lady out front was very helpful and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and helped to get me back as soon as she could. The RN that took care of me was awesome, heck she took care of my wife just as well as me with warm blankets and ask several times if we were OK and did we need anything. The Dr. on duty really took his time with me and I never felt rushed. Another nurse had a awesome personality and stuck me with no pain at all, that's always a plus when you are getting a IV. From what little of the facilities I was exposed to they were spotless. Thank each and every one of you for what you do, and know how deeply you are appreciated by me and I'm sure the citizens you serve. May God's blessings be with you all, and thanks again for everything you did for me.

Had up bicycle accident at fire mountain? I am from Asheville, hurt myself really bad to the point I couldn't barely drive, so I came here to this e. R to seek help. And I just wanna say the staff agency all the way, around one hundred percent excellent on top of excellent on top of excellent.This place has done very well.I appreciate them for their help and their kindness

It's not a health care facility... more like a don't care facility. My cardiologist sent in order for me to get a heart monitor to wear for a week to diagnose an issue with my heart rhythm. Marbe clinic sent in order 3 weeks ago and I wasn't contacted after several days of waiting. I then called cherokee hospital and spoke with Barbara. She lead me to the woman in respiratory dept. I never got answer after calling and left a message but haven't got an appointment or even a call back for the last 2 weeks. Very unprofessional and not acceptable for someone who should at least be interested in their job enough to call ... Bad position for someone to hold that has no concern for patients...
