I wish I could give negative 5 stars. This place is a joke. My grandmother had a severe stroke that left her paralyzed on her right side. Previously she was 100% independent working 40 hours with good insurance so because Bayada couldn't get money out of her insurance they wanted nothing to do with her. They did a lot of talking. We went with another company within the first visit they've given us information and educated us more then the entire combined weeks with Bayada. This is nothing more than a money scheme. They show up sometimes very late... they talk ....get a signature then leave. You would think they would have some kind of set standards or goals with each patient they are seeing. Nothing was improved with using Bayda and what little that has is because our family is working diligently with her. I understand that this is a difficult job but it's what you signed up for. There's a reason why people need Home health care and you need to be compassionate and understanding of every situation. I would advise you of doing a lot of reasearch before choosing this company for yourself or a loved one!

Horrible. They don’t show up. Workers are either inexperienced, don’t care, high on drugs, bring other people in the house, have domestic arguments on the phone, do no housework, ignore the patient to talk on their phones or pursue other interests, bad-mouth the company and offer to work privately. Management staff lies, complains about how much trouble it is to schedule you, bad-mouths their employees, tells you different stories depending on which one you talk to and fail to address your concerns. They promised a care team but sent us over 30 different people which caused our dementia parent more anxiety. A few caring, experienced individuals work for the company but overall they are a dismal failure. They are unreliable and unprofessional, and they were more of a problem than help.

Horrible!! They don’t show up for scheduled appointments. When they do show up they complain that they’re tired and don’t perform the duties they are there for. They have outdated numbers for Drs. and don’t follow through on medical emergencies. There great at making excuses and not performing the duties they were contracted for.
Unique One
Don't choose this company. They are understaffed so the patients suffer. Visits aren't confirmed... sometimes they happen and sometimes they don't. Patients don't reach their full potential because physical therapy is lazy and quick to discharge someone. I've spoken to a couple of managers about my concern for my loved one and was told staff would visit, because they hadn't in a few weeks, and was told staff would visit but staff never showed up or called. They tell you one thing but staff does another. There is a lack of communication amongst their staff. It's very frustrating dealing with this company and you have to stay on top of things because they surely do not.
