I was referred to Liberty by my VA Primary Care Provider because I was having issues with falling. Immediately, Liberty reached out to me and set me up an appointment. K. was my initial contact. He came to my house and assessed my needs and set me up with a weekly therapy plan. He explained, in detail each exercise I was to perform and the effect they would have on my body. He informed me that Jose would be the person coming weekly and Allan would would be doing my assessments. Jose came approximately 30 days. He too, explained all the additional exercises I was given to perform. Each day I could see improvements. At the end of 30 days Allan came and assessed my process. At this time, it was decided I would gain additional stability by continuing additional therapy sessions. Allan also explained additional exercises I would benefit from. Jose performed these additional sessions for 30 days. Then today, Allan, came and assessed my progress and released me. This process lasted for two months. I am well pleased with all the services I received. K, Jose and Allan were superb. Each of these three individuals are such an asset to this agency. They are very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. They are patient, kind and considerate. They treated me like family. To me, service sells and these individuals definitely sold me on Liberty. Due to the expertise of these individuals, if I ever need any therapy in the future, I will reach out to Liberty and request the same three wonderful and caring people to work with me. Rickey Hamblen

Jose and Allan were a great help in in my husband 's recovery from his recent surgery. They both gave us informative information that will be very useful in the days ahead. They were very well trained and showed it in the way they interacted with us and taught us how to maintain the progress he has made in the last few weeks. I would highly recommend your company because of these two fellows.

I recently met a social worker from the Dunn office. I believe her name is Raven and she has curly hair who said she worked in hospice. I asked about her job and what she did as a hospice social worker. She sat with me at Starbucks and she spoke very highly of the work hospice does and her love for being in the role she is in. She had a lot knowledge of what hospice does and how impactful hospice can be on a patients and the family lives.

I was cleaning my mother’s room at the Carrollton of Dunn (she is not a Liberty patient) and your social worker (I believe her name is Raven) stopped and offered condolences. I had seen your social worker around the facility many times and she always spoke to my mother. Her “hello” and asking if I was okay and if my family needed any extra support meant the world to us. Thank You Raven for taking time to speak to my mom while she was with us and to us during that very difficult day.

I would like to thank Liberty Home Care for all they did for me. I went into the hospital after collapsing at home. I spent days in ICU and at one point did not think I would make it. The doctors had mentioned going to a nursing home and I did not want to. I was discharged home and Liberty took me for care. Camillia was my nurse along with Christina. They made sure that anything new that happened to me they caught right away and contacted my doctor. I came home on oxygen and they were able to help wean me off of it safely. They taught me all about congestive heart failure. This was a new problem to me. Allan was my therapist and he took me from barely walking and using a walker to I am now able to leave home without even my cane most days. I required someone to stay with me around the clock because I was so weak and now I have gained back so much of my independence. Allan kept me smiling and laughing the whole time. He was such a blessing. Karen came and helped teach me how to get in and out of the tub safely, something I never thought I’d need help with. She made me feel comfortable during the process and encouraged me. I had two aides, Crystal and Melissa. Both were very nice and patient with me. Thank you Liberty for not giving up on me. At 87 and as sick as I was, I am grateful to have these caring people that turned into what felt like family.
