I'm going to come back and type a full review later but the doctor who was responsible for my grandfather's care failed us miserably. From the day he came home with 0 medications to taking 5 days to sign his death certificate. We are not happy right now.

My family had a horrible experience with this hospice company. The nurses were not on the same page with one another and at one point, after repeated calls, no one came for over 10 hours during a dire situation with my father having adverse reactions. NO doctor will ever come or is ever available. There was confusion and no written medical instructions, poor planning, incorrect assessment and major overmedicating. The nursing and social worker staff were unprofessional, made false promises, and the company puts profit over patient care. This lead to indescribable suffering. Even to this day after urging them to improve, they are unwilling to implement an App, Google doc or some other type of tool to ensure all members of the team are aligned. Please do not trust this company. This was the worst experience of our lives for my family.

Liberty Hospice of Durham, NC provided very good in-home hospice services to my ill wife for 2 months. All the service providers - Kiarrah (SW), Priscilla (Aide), Julie and Melissa (RNs), Bryan (Bereavement Counselor) and Meg (office) - were gentle and caring, and made my wife and I feel supported and secure. I recommend them for the care of your dying loved one.
