My dad was in hospice and they called to tell me if I wanted to say goodbye I should get there to see him. We left immediately. When I got there he had passed and had been dead for hours before they even called me. The hospice nurse was not even there when we got there. It was such an awful experience. Do not use them.

I love the attitude of the staff but I'm not pleased with the way the supplies are being made into rations. I'm used to his supplies coming in bulk for up to at least a week supply but I'm only being left with 2 days worth of wound changing supplies. I'm thinking about switching companies.

I gave this company 1 star because I had too. Do not go with this company for hospice unless you wanna hear death at every nurse visit. They have my mother terrified of hospice. They are rude and not caring at all. Just flat persay and blah. Totally not what we expected at all!!!! My mother has been on hospice for 3 weeks and it has been a total nightmare!!! Keep your loved ones away from this company!!!!

Very poor customer relations, somewhat indifferent to customer needs. Customer relations would rather send a text than take the time to call you personally and talk to you over the phone. Cannot recommend this company when it comes to handling family end of life needs
