I was very happy with the care that I got the nurses and therapists we're very encouraging they really help me to get back on my feet which I had not been able to do for a year now I'm walking and motivated to keep going I really appreciate their care it was the most wonderful experience I was suggest if you need good home care please use them the team was Vanessa Sharon Breena Sherwanda I really thank these ladies so much

The professional team of physical therapists and nurses have helped me attain a level of mobility I did not expect. While in the hospital I could not stand or walk without help, could not roll over in bed without grabbing the side bars of the bed. After two weeks in Cape Fear Rehabilitation, I could stand up and walk well with a Rollator. I was ready to come home. Once home I fell several times and needed my son to help. Then Liberty Home Care came to my aid. Ferdinand did my initial evaluation. I could not walk without help of Rollator or cane, nor go upstairs to do my laundry. Enter Keisha who was my PT for the following weeks. With her help and guidance, I became stronger and able to go upstairs to do my laundry. Then I was able to walk short distances without aid. Vanessa periodically came to evaluate my progress. I started driving again, grocery shopping and picking up medications. During my PT visits it was found that my blood pressure was way high. Then the nurses started visiting to monitor it; Tyhena, Beth, Brenna, Jamie. And Stephanie came to determine whether I needed speech therapy. Some of these, when my blood pressure was especially high, spent time calling my doctor. And then when my pulse was low. I have been discharged and am so thankful and appreciative of everyone who came to my aid. I was so comforted to have the advocacy dealing with the doctor.

I appreciate the professional PT services provided for my father by Liberty October 2024 - May 2025. Vanessa is a very experienced and dedicated leader. She took special care with my father and was very thorough with her assessments of his progress. She has a warm personality and demonstrated genuine concern for my father’s well being. I’m very pleased Keisha was assigned as the primary physical therapist. She has a fun and friendly personality, and always lifted my father’s spirits and made him smile. She took special care when guiding my father through his exercises. I appreciate the progress she made with improving my father’s overall strength and balance. My Mom is an amazing woman inside and out. She's anamputee and is 87years old. I'm her daughter and caregiver since my dad passed away two years ago. Liberty Home Care clinicia along with hospice care are the amazing,kind, professional,dependable people we have the privilege of them coming to our house and make Mom's care easy for her in therapy and womb care treatments of her leg. My nurse , Devon was just Amazing, as she was so helpful in sharing her knowledge with the needs I have. It helped me so much. I hope that all patients were as Blessed as I was in my time of healing.
