My name is Patsy Morris. I recently just had several weeks of PT and OT with 3HC, and it was was excellent. I was injured by a fall and broke a leg. And I am now walking with a cane and I will shortly be using nothing! And it's because of the excellent care I got with 3HC. Also I function alone by myself and my home and I am 84 years old so this outcome was really important for me. There was one in particular PT person that came most of the time twice a week and his name was Nelson Andrade he was very instructive and full of information as to how and why I needed to do what I needed to do. And encouraged me so much that it made me want to work harder. And so we worked together probably maybe six or seven weeks, and it was beneficial to me in that I was able to walk around my apartment without anything and I started with a walker. But I still using a cane when I go out. I also want to recognize the Physical Therapist that worked with me in Wayne County. When I was spending three weeks with my son after rehab. I wish I could remember his name. I can't right off hand but he was excellent! He started me out with a walker and encouraged me into the rollator. And we had a little bit of work with a cane, which I seemed to be a little hesitant of, but that was my fault, not his. And then I came home and continued with 3HC in wake county at my home with Nelson and it worked out! It's been working out really good and now I'm on my own. I would highly recommend 3HC. They are Johnny-on-the-spot for everything. Whenever there was an appointment, they were there. If there was a problem with me, I would get in touch with them, and we would reschedule, which didn't happen very often. Because I didn't want to miss and the encouragement was a shot in the arm. Every time they came.

They go above and beyond for their patients. After spinal fusion, I am receiving the best care at home possible. I appreciate being treated so kindly.

Representative Kelly is very rude! Can not seem to hold a proper conversation with a nasty attitude. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend!!! Customer service is very terrible. I was told “I’ll call back and talk to somebody smarter” I’m not sure what is the issue but I would recommend working on customer service and a better attitude. No one wants to assist or deal with rude office personnel!!!

They seem to be major back-office issues at 3HC. I was in a car accident in November 2021 and had a “degloving” injury. My doctor ordered daily wound dressing changes. It seems most doctors order changes every three days. 3HC was very hesitant to provide services per the doctor’s orders. I confirmed with my employer that I was entitled to 200 visits and that these could be daily. I was then able to get 3HC to provide the services. In between doctor’s visits and changes of doctor’s orders, 3HC then unilaterally decided they felt I was not homebound and therefore not entitled to these services. They then came out to show me how to do the dressing changes myself. I am unable to perform the change myself and the way they left the supplies precut and exposed to air they will not be effective. They did not seem to care. Note, that the insurance company had not even been contacted to confirm coverages this was 3HC deciding I wouldn’t be covered. I contacted my employer who offered to have our corporate BC/BS rep confirm the approved coverage with 3HC. 3HC became completely unresponsive and would not allow me to arrange meeting with the representative. Note, 3HC has not confirmed anything with insurance carrier nor have they provided me the cost or option to self-pay for the necessary services. They also canceled a scheduled therapy appointment. First blaming weather then coverage. Also, while not actually confirming my coverage. Bottom line, they have made assumptions all along the way without going through the trouble of contacting the carrier. They have been incorrect on covered services and have not been concerned with the health of their patient. They are working from assumptions on billing without even doing any leg work. There are serious problems in their back-office that may impact your care or that of a loved one.

The physical therapy staff deserve 5 stars! They were awesome!!! However, I received my statement in the mail, and it was stated in there if I paid within so many days, I’d receive 20% off. Spoke with someone once and they were going to call me back. Never have I heard from them and I can only leave messages which are ignored. Zero star for the billing folks!
