My husband had the Best and I do mean the BEST nurse sent to him. Her name is Lele. She was very professional and thorough when it came to caring for my loved one. When needed she answered any questions and made sure we had a full understanding of what needed to be done if an issue arose in between visits. I highly recommend her to care for your loved one(s) if you have to go through this company. If ever in doubt request Lele to help you out!!!!

Don't go to these people. These people are supposed to help people who can do only limited tasks but the workers here are rude, totally unprofessional, got no respect for even themselves. If you call their office they say they'll take care of it and next time you get those workers back with even worse attitudes. Who do these people even think they are... Next time I see them disrespecting or talking rude I'm calling cops because if you.do this every day it's threatening no one knows what these people can do next. Save yourself, save your money, and most of all save your precious time and brain cells because these people will destroy them all. Not just us but many other people have the very same experience with their workers. These people think they're on top of the world and they are working hourly job. Definitely would not recommend. 👎 and I will be emailing the main office about the gloomy experience as well because calling the local office doesn't do anything at all.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Home Health Services with this branch at all!! We fired them because we had serious clinical concerns about the nurse coming out. When I called to tell her manager that she allowed a 10 year old child to do what she was getting paid to do, her response was they didn't have "orders". Doctors office informed me they had sent orders and were never told they didn't receive them. Unethical!!!!!

I would give them no stars but it wouldn’t allow a review then. All of their services are crappy. Their PCA workers are unprofessional, unreliable, want to show up when they want, leave when they want. They also just don’t show up for their scheduled shifts and don’t call the office. They can never find you a replacement. It’s been two weeks I’ve yet to get a replacement this is the second time a person just never shows up for their shift and they never hear from them again. What kind of circus are they running? They don’t return call? It is a joke please do not use them if you looking for reliable care for your loved ones. They will literally hire anyone.

My wife had Bayada for a month at our home until I fired them. A few hours later I received a visit from a social worker as an anonymous phone call that I had abused her. I fired them because: The nurse he called me a liar. The PT went on and that my wife wouldn't help herself to get better. Do you homework.
