The elderly deserve better care! It takes more than 5 visits to get them back on track. When they do show up once a week or so you're lucky if you get 12 hours notice of a visit. The visits are supposed to be 45 minutes but they are more like 30. And you can't really establish any rapport with a worker because they rotate them out. I requested a visit with their social worker and they never came. Disappointed.
