Was told services would be restored if recovery didn’t go well. It hasn’t and they’ve never done anything. They need to be reported to Medicare for fraud.

Dr referred me to them post knee replacement surgery. They refused the referral outright because I do not have insurance. They did not care/or ask if I could Pay them out of pocket. They did not want to know vocational rehab would have paid them. They only cared that I did not have insurance.I really hate companies whose purpose is to help people yet care nothing about their potential clients needs only how deep their pockets are!

It's been over a week since my knee replacement surgery. I'm receiving home Physical Therapy. The company I'm using Mountain Home Nursing Services, Inc. They are noting but total professionals. Everyone that has come out are either PT or PTA. They are all hands on. I am extremely impressed with this company & their professionalism.
