The PT Sherwin called my mother when was supposed to call me, I take care of my mother, will refuse to give his name or company he worked for. I then asked who was the referral form and he also could not answer the question. I let him know this was unprofessional and was making me and my mother uncomfortable. He got extremely irate and even became harassing us and standing on the fact he is the ONLY PT in the area and he can act however he wants. He is now laughing and enjoying the fact that my mother cant get the help she needs without going through him and this feels unsafe, unprofessional and pushing illegal.

No show for therapy for my mother. Tried calling, left message. No call back. Therapist finally showed up. He did a outstanding job. His work performance was superb. His on time performance could be better, just give clients a call when you are running behind.
