Hi I just needed to say this. Even though it was a bad start, another of misled information and stuff. In the end when I needed someone the most Chentell and all the other Rns and Cna's came thru and was there for my family. They apologized tremendously for the mess that was created in the beginning that was bot their fault. The administrator cared me and she made.me feel some type of way. With a comment " I'm confused, why are you laughing? Well I indeed was NOT. I was crying from disrespect. However I do not want those young ladies that work at Liberty to be held responsible for someone's mistakes. They worked very hard to help my family. Thank you ladies and keep it up. Merry Christmas!!

My grandmother was very sick when we chose to go with Liberty Hospice. The team helped keep us and her very comfortable. The nurses are always available and the aides do a great job. We would not have went with any other hospice service!

So I had to make a choice while my mom was being released from hospital. I didn’t have time to research the different company’s and knew nothing of them. So I selected Liberty. Wrong choice. They tell you all these services that you will recieve, that is not We came home and needed the social worker, I called 4 times asking for one to come and no one ever showed now what we need it is too late. Thanks Liberty! She is passing she’s 84 she can’t eat or drink yet they are making me crush pills and put them in her cheek instead of doing liquid comfort meds. I have asked multiple time no. And 3 times they send scripts to pharmacy I ended up running out cause they didn’t do it like we asked . Or they didn’t fill the script out properly and it held it up. Even after I called them back it still took too long. The RNs don’t explain and just be straight with you or tell you what’s coming, they sugarcoat it and you get slapped right in the face with something scary like you’ve done something wrong. But I will say this it’s not the CNAs they are fabulous. Chentelle is GREAT and I was not aware of her being the manager of the Jacksonville office. Because if I HAD KNOW THAT I know for a fact I could have just called her. She would have been on top of it and gotten it fixed. But with the fact the ball got dropped and she wasn’t not aware of what was going on sucks and they don’t have their duck as in a row. There was stuff told by Kelli that is NOT true. For an example I was canceling my own Dr appointments or shopping and just that kind of stuff to be here for Mom. However Kelli said to me do t do that, we can arrange your Moms visit to give you a window that you can take care of your needs. Example she said there’s a nurse that comes 3xs a week for a hour, CNA 3xs a week for an hr, and our Chaplin when you need him or a volunteer can do a hour. But we can schedule them to come back to back for their hour so you can get 3-4 hr window. Well darn that sounds Great right? Well wrong!!! Cause only 2xs has a nurse came here for an hr or more. The Chaplin’s did come when I called to talk to him for a hr. But when I talked to one cna she said she was just to come here give her the bath that it. So if they are billing for 1 hour blocks they should not be doing that, period! I have heard great things about 3HC after the fact. So if you looking for one go with them. Thanks

This company is not whom I ever choice again for taking care of a loved one on hospice. They tell you one thing buts it's the opposite. They tell you to call to call this number 24 hours a day if you need anything. But they didn't answer not once but 2 xs and my wife had to call the nurse. They want you to crush her comfort meds up in water instead of liquid comfort meds. They do not shoot straight with you it's all she's ok. Don't expect a social worker to come talk nope no go. If you need help with something important we'll you are screwed, Just be truthful explain things to people it's better we wouldn't be stressed the heck out. There so much more negative. They want to try to fix it but 1st impression mean a lot. And we are already so stressed and hurt by this they can't Go with 3 HC we hear they are great

I was so overwhelmed and impressed with the loving care y'all gave my Mimi before her passing. Words cannot express our gratitude and appreciation. It made my heart swell to see them at the wake to pay their respects. Mimi would have loved that. Thank you. The Justice Family.
