This comment is overdue by a year and a half but I thought I would share this my sister who is severely disabled was terribly wronged and mistreated by this company they dropped my sister after only 2 days of coming out to the home the social worker was very unprofessional and uncompassionate if you have a disabled relative please I highly recommend you not to do business with Yadkin Valley Health.

Not impressed with this service, I had to call to get schedule & still waiting for someone to call me back one tech came out and went on vacation after one visit said he would notify them of my dr's appointment due to that's when they said they would come back out, called and said my schedule was something different than what I had been told. communication issues are horrible in this company. I am still waiting to see when there coming back out and this was supposed to therapy for a replacement of knee?

Had a great experience with them in ‘15. So much so that I demanded Novant use them for my mother in 2018. Always on time, friendly and professional. A++

YVHH has been taking care of my husband for several years. I have never had an issue with them. All the nurses are professional, loving and kind. They are quick to notice any change in his health and either notify his doctor or send him to the hospital. Having them here has made it so that he does not have to have a lot of hospital stays. When his lungs are getting worst they call the doctor and get meds started. They are also great at collecting blood samples when the doctor orders them. In my opinion on a scale from 1-5, I would give them a 5.
