Just called for some information and the lady I spoke to (Sarah) spent 20 mins giving me a list of resources and people to call and telling me what options will be best for me to explore.

Company is straight TRASHHH!!!! They're not helpful, ignore calls, and discharge patients SEEING that they need help! They complain about not having patients but don't care for the ones they get. If I could give no stars I would.

Really Disapointed. This Hospice is not like other Hospice Companies that I have heard of. Mom only got 1 bath this week. Nurse comes only once a week. Must be operating on a skeleton crew of staff out in the field. Probably too many staff in offices, not out in field. Employees need to be cross trained to fill in when a aide is out. Humans should take priority, paperwork can always be caught up later. It does not take much knowledge to fill in for a aide.
