This is the second time CenterWell has been called to provide home health care for my dad after a hospital stay. Nursing care, physical therapy and occupational therapy have come each week. Mostly the experiences from all involved have been great, caring and professional. I would give 5 stars, but one nurse severely lacks good communication skills.

CenterWell Home Health is a very good place to get all of your home health care that you need. The staff is very professional and well trained. The staff knows how to get resources and referral information that you may need. Just give them a call and you want be disappointed.
