Excellent nursing staff. They were cognizant of my health care history and my current health problems. They covered everything with me saying I could call anytime if I needed anything. They always called the day before to set a time convenient for me. Many thanks to Hailey, Melissa, Sarah and Dawn and physical therapist Kelly . I saw Melissa more than the others. She is a special person who knows about auto- immune diseases first hand. So very good at what she does. I would choose AHH.again if I needed home health and right here in Caldwell Co.

I need physical therapy and chose them because they are literally just down the street. I’ve been waiting nearly a month since the orders were faxed from my doctor to them. I called them weekly and at first they didn’t receive my orders. Once it was determined that my doctor had the wrong fax number, we got that corrected and they finally received my orders. I spent a week in in-take (why?) as I continued to call weekly to get status updates. Today I call and found out that my visits had been denied. NO ONE CALLED TO TELL ME. I asked why I had not been contacted and was not given a reasonable response. They are unorganized and most times don’t seem to know what’s going on. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for anything.
