I can’t get my orders right or should I say they can’t. Ordered mask got the wrong mask, then the right mask arrived it can without head gear. When I called to tell them it was without head gear they said it wasn’t time for head gear. No the mask will not stay on my face. Now the head gear has arrived and it’s the standard head gear. A large face mask without a large head gear will not work. I don’t know what’s happened up there but I’ve never had this kind of problems before.

After months of back and forth phone calls over a period of 5 months ... Nothing was resolved...not even close. I smiply was trying procur my replacement parts for my CPAP.. 4 months into this hellish fiasco...i was informed i wasnt in compliance..... So i was denied the equipment... YET THEY BILLED MY MEDICARE FOR IT! I HAVE THE PAPERWORK TO PROVE IT
