We are forever grateful to Carteret Health Care Home Health and Hospice for the exceptional care they provided to our loved one. From the very first visit, the hospice team showed not only professionalism and medical expertise, but also deep compassion and kindness during one of the most difficult times a family can face. A special thank you to Alli and Karli, whose support went far beyond their job descriptions. Their patience, gentle guidance, and heartfelt care helped bring comfort and calm to the patient and to our entire family. They made sure we understood every step of the process and treated Jim with dignity, respect, and warmth. Because of this incredible team the patient was able to remain at home, comfortable and surrounded by family. We will always be thankful for the peace and reassurance they gave us during such a challenging time. My Sister who lives alone was supposed to have their HH PT come after her Total Knee Replacement. The office was called by the Drs office, surgical unit, my sister and my brother. Each time they said someone would call and schedule a visit, NO One called or texted, she is now 3 days post op! And Not a Peep! Not Professional at All!
