I positively loved my two in home physical therapists for my back. They were the best I have ever had. I felt like they were my best friends and they really cared about my well being. I'm so sad to see them go because I don't need the therapy anymore. They not only helped me with my back, but they unknowingly helped me with my mental health too. I'll never forget them. Very prompt call backs, very professional in every way. Cared about what I was going thru. Just amazing all around!!

Received a bill for cpap supplies even though I have met my out of pocket medical payments for my insurance. In addition my EOB clearly shows the insurance paid in full after the plan discount. So where did they conjure up the charges to send me a bill? I'm sure there are people who never compare their eob's and I'm sure that could be taken advantage of. I called billing today for an explanation and after a very long wait was told that it would be forwarded to another department to be looked at. I asked would someone be getting in touch with me? How would I know this has been rectified? The response was if you don't get another bill it has been handled....thats not good enough. I want confirmation that the error has been corrected. My statement says its due July 20. I feel like someone should communicate with me to be certain this has been handled. Is that really too much to ask?

I would give them negative stars if possible! None of their locations has a clue what they are doing. Call Charlotte NO call the other one NO let’s email somebody and find out who’s supposed to help 😡 Then one person at the Morganton location ask me over the phone why I didn’t try on more than one mask before I picked one ( I wanted a different cpap mask) Well DUH lady ever hear of Covid restrictions!
