The home health care nurses, OT and PT from Bayada have been excellent. My husband has terminal cancer and recently had hip replacement surgery and I can't say enough about the ladies who come out and attend to his many issues. They have been a blessing to us.

My MIL is partially paralyzed due to a stroke and we initially received excellent OT & PT services through Bayada. However, when we attempted to resume those therapies following the Medicare wait period, Bayada told us to go elsewhere...that they could not provide the therapies because 'she MIGHT need nursing care' and they no longer have a nurse in this area. She has no medical indicators for potential need of nursing - her recent medical checkup and blood work were PERFECT. Only her partial paralysis needs attention. DO NOT trust your care or the care of a loved one with Bayada and expect consistency.

I moved my mom from a local provider who struggled to staff, but even extended some of his family members to assist while he staffs for help. I decided to receive services from a nationwide company as I thought they had better access to employees. Unfortunately I was very wrong. After offboarding and onboarding with Bayada, they kept promising to get me some help for my mother, but 2 weeks later, I was still without help or access to their services. A few days later I received a statement of discontinuation of service due to "Unable to meet client needs". This is very unfortunate, and unprofessional since they just dropped the ball completely without even offering to assist matching me with a different provider.

This Agency took care of my mother in law for several years until she passed away. They are very good, very patient and understanding. Always try to have the best care plan possible for the patient. We worked very close with the client services manager Mr. Temarcus, communication with him was excelente ! Always made sure to keep us up to date on any changes in the care plan, insurance issues (if any), nurse schedules, visits ... etc. Overall the nurses are very friendly and welcoming, majority of them do go the extra mile to insure their patient are comfortable and happy. Will recommend to anyone looking a reliable organize home health care agency .

Overall good staff and home healthcare service when we really needed it. In particular, Stacy the nursing manager, went so far above and beyond, helping deal with the hospital and follow ups at home, so appreciated! Some nurses aids better than others as you would expect, but they work with your preferences about who is a good fit.
