We had some exceptional physical therapists over two years, Charles and Kim and great occupational therapists, Joanna and Stacy. Then we had a new one who had us wait for two hours, didn't show up, and told me she thought the appt was " tentative" ( it was firm) - and no apology. There were two other people there who said she emphatically said she would be here then ; No therapist makes a "tentative" appt, they may say they'll be there Thursday, between 12 and 2, they'll call the night before to pin down the time exactly, but not " I may be there Thursday". When I called the manager to request a new therapist he told me she had given him a "heads up" that I was wrong and she had told me she would come back "Weds, Thurs or Friday", no professional gives a three day "maybe" appt -and then put me on the defensive and treated me like he was the principal and I was a lying middle schooler; unbelievable. He should have asked if I wanted to discuss my concerns and if I said no, he should have pleasantly said he would find us another therapist. instead he chose to gossip. Terrible way to treat a longstanding client . His superiors showed a real concern and were very apologetic about the customer service of the therapist and manager, but it was too late, we quit and went to another home health agency. Too many home health agencies to be treated poorly; two bad apples spoil the whole bunch.

Excellent care. Since October 2024 I have received home care to maintain a wound vacuum and a PiCC line. Jennifer and Joe provided highly professional, friendly and timely services. They both played a huge role in my recovery of which I am. Wry thankful. Bill A.

I am very impressed with Medi Home Health. My grandma was in desperate need of home health care, and Medi Home health succeeded in getting her strong again. The PT, OT and nurses involved in her recovery were absolutely amazing! They were kind, always on time and were successful in her healing process. I highly recommend!

Man, if I could give this place 0 stars I would, 100%. This place is terrible for home health. First, the nurse couldn't manage to show up when she was supposed to or said she would. The PT Renee is the rudest, most abrasive caregiver I have ever met- and I work in healthcare. She is combative and decides she knows what's best above any family members. She also tried to sell items to my family and I every single time she showed up. We joked that she was working for the medical supply company on the side. Finally, she reported some pretty serious (but false) symptoms to our family causing unnecessary worry. Matt (OT) was great according to other family members but I never met him.

I would not suggest using this company. As a care manager we were referred to this company to treat a resident who had a wound. We were told that a nurse would come the next day; no nurse. We called concerned about the resident's wound and was told (a week later) that the referral was received but they needed additional information. That means over a week has passed and no one from this company reached out to inform anyone that additional information was needed to treat the resident. This is not professional nor does it show that this company cares about the well being/care of clients referred to them. I would think twice/three times/or more before using this company. The health and well being of others is not what this company has shown is an importance to them. Research someone else.
