Topic: Billing. Just FYI# I never saw matt the physical therapist on September 15, 2025. I see in my chart that he has himself down that he saw me on that date. I never spoke or saw him on 9/15/2025. Just wanted to let you know that he's charging you for a visit.

My mother received physical therapy and occupational therapy at home. She’s 92 , blind and until she did therapies she was bedridden. Thanks to Reyes, Kasey, Diane and Tara mother is no longer spending all day in bed. With their gentle firm encouragement and instructions she did her exercises and is now much stronger and happier. I will forever be grateful to them

From day one, he explained the services I would receive, his philosophy of care and how we would work together to meet and exceed my goals. He was thorough, had great communication skills and gave the exact amount of encouragement I needed. I highly recommend Matt M. for your home health physical therapy needs. I am now taking Outpatient physical therapy and they were very pleased at my intake appointment regarding my ability in "bending that knee" ! I will be requesting WakeMed Home Health and Matt M. for PT for my right knee replacement in August.
