The PT Sherwin called my mother when was supposed to call me, I take care of my mother, he refuse to give his name or company he worked for. I then asked who was the referral form and he also could not answer the question. I let him know this was unprofessional and was making me and my mother uncomfortable. He got extremely irate and even became harassing us and standing on the fact he is the ONLY PT in the area and he can act however he wants. He is now laughing and enjoying the fact that my mother cant get the help she needs without going through him and this feels unsafe, unprofessional and pushing illegal.... Update I have continued to react out to no avail to see when my mother could get someone out here because they need the support. I have left countless Voice mails with no return calls.

The clinicians have worked so hard to earn a 5-star rating, and I’m very grateful to them 😊 It’s a blessing to work with a team who cares a lot about their patients!

The therapist are nice enough but don't stay long enough to get anything done. They take vitals and spend time documenting so the patient only gets about 15 minutes of therapy. The nurse doesn't take her time to familiarize herself the with patients before coming. She also showed up unannounced for an appointment that she didn't make in advance with an attitude about me not answering the phone. I looked to see if there was a message I missed but no. She had very bad bedside manners. When I called the office no one answered the phone and no one returned my call so I don't know how to ask for that nurse to not come back. I asked the nurse to never come back but I doubt that message will get back to her supervisor because it certainly won't make her look good. I'd avoid this company. There are so many to choose from.

STAY AWAY! BEWARE! If you care for your loved one find another service to use! The staff doesn't communicate with doctors, hospital or each other. They do not answer or return phone calls no matter what number you call you get voicemail! Even if you call 24 hour number & request URGENT call back you don't get a timely if any response. They never have enough of anything or if they do it's only limited amounts! What home health agency admits new patients to service and doesn't supply patients with packets/ brochures with contact & emergency information! Then when you ask for one you are told " we are running low and getting more" but for over 2 months you never get one until you pursue it on your own. They lie about what services they will and can provide to you. Will tell you that they can provide you with durable medical equipment through nursing but once you are contracted with them you get told that nursing doesn't handle that but physical therapy. This was my experience. I began attempting to find out exactly who would supply the equipment my family member needed. I was then told the doctor's office would have to handle it. Needless to say they never supplied needed equipment. My family member was discharged from hospital on a Wednesday and orders were sent to Wellcare. They had been a previous patient of this agency so we thought him being readmitted to them would be a smoother transition than going with another agency. TOTALLY WRONG!!! By Thursday evening had not heard from them so I began the tedious task of contacting them by phone. First had to Google them to find contact information, then every number I called went directly to voicemail. Never got a response back until late Friday afternoon claiming once again that they hadn't received any orders from hospital. Nurse finally came on Saturday. As a former wound care nurse myself I will say if your loved one has a wound DEFINITELY DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Their nurses don't use what they see & smell ( essential tools) when assessing wounds. One nurse couldn't smell gangrene! They had 1 nurse who worked with us who seemed to know what she was doing. The home health aide was excellent!
