I wish I could give this company zero stars! They were trash when caring for my mother. I asked Elizabeth many questions and got a “that’s above my pay rate, I’ll get back to you” answer but you know what? I never heard back and 6 days later they (hospice) injected my mom with morphine and now she’s gone! I was in the process of finding a new nursing home for her because Pine forest rest home is trash! I called liberty hospice and asked who signed for this injection and the young lady told me but then wouldn’t answer anymore of my questions and told me I needed to talk to the nurse manager. I have tried to contact Liberty Hospice on multiple occasions and no response and no call back! I would choose another hospice if at all possible because this one isn’t it if you care for your loved ones!!! Oh and my mother has 2 daughters and they never once contacted me about anything regarding her care, it was just my sister!!!

I need you to understand be very aware of this company this is a lot of wrongs with this particular company I’m going to give u a few one is that my wife is bed ridden from Glioblastoma brain cancer so I hired this company to help assist taking care of her. At the beginning when the nurse came out to assess my wife everybody seemed nice as of when the CNA coming in started working PCA we noticed that several of them would smell like cigarettes or marijuana. there was an incident that occurred that my sister-in-law was reading the Bible to my wife and one of the CNA‘s that was working with my wife at that time, stated my wife and her sister that she was a witch that she did not believe in God she practices Wicka. Now that was one issue that we had but we overlooked it because she was a nice lady and she did work with my wife well. The second thing is that there were times that they didn’t show up for work because they didn’t have anybody to work that day. The main issue that I had was one day I wasn’t here and my sister-in-law was here, but a nurse showed up to check on my wife it was a nurse that we never had before and the nurse came in and asked my wife how she was doing. My wife said she was in pain nurse understood or knew my wife she would know my wife when she says pain she means nauseousness. So the nurse stated to my wife well didn’t we prescribe you pain medicine my wife said yes, but I don’t take it. So instead of that nurse calling me to verify what was going on about that pain medication. She went straight to DSS and refused to give my wife pain medication so I had DSS come out to my house with Police interrogated me interrogated my wife stripped my wife down naked check her for bruisers or any kind of contusions for me supposedly not giving her pain medicine does not take pain medicine. The only pain medicine she takes is Tylenol and they knew this from the beginning when I hired them when I spoke to the nurse that came out here to do the evaluation DSS came to my house twice a week for a month and they determined there was no wrongdoing on my end , but I fired this company because of that unprofessional and having the state coming to my home for no reason at all. So beware of this company that allows drug addicts people that don’t believe in Christ to work around your loved ones please beware be safe. Make sure your loved ones are taken care of that’s what matters.

I just want you guys to know what a wonderful service you provide. Caring for the family of of a bunch of nurses can be challenging, but you’re the best! We appreciate each and every one of you for the care and kindness you gave our mom and us. Thank you so much for everything!
