Please tell your staff should they stop in a local establishment while representing your hospital to remove their badge if they insist on acting poorly to staff. Twice this lady has been in this business & is about as rude & hateful as can be. No matter how nice you try to be to her. And YES I have her name & will be forwarding it to the board. Uncalled for to treat employees poorly just because you think you can and/or your day was bad. They still have a code of conduct to uphold.

I’ve honestly been here multiple times since 2016. The reason why doesn’t matter. I’ve never necessarily had a “bad” experience. However, this time, November 2025, has been nothing short of exceptional! Between the first nurse I encountered in the ER named Timothy, to my day time nurse in the ICU, Christy T, to my nursing assistant Crystal in the ICU and even my doctor, Dr. Mondi. Obviously the nurse’s and nurse’s assistants were most hands on. The compassion shown by Christy T. and Crystal E. is unmatchable. I mean it. They showed what a health care worker should be. Love, compassion, concern about one’s needs, etc. They were AWESOME!!!

Was transferred here for inpatient care and was hospitalized for 2 days. The nurses, CNAs and providers were great! I can’t remember everyone’s name but Dr Slaughter was reassuring and on top of my care. The nurse Hannah was super sweet and caring! Jeremy the CNA made sure to provide anything I may have needed and had a positive attitude which helped during my treatment. Highly recommend Richmond for care

This place is horrible!! I brought my sister in just before 12 last night screaming and crying in pain, they didn't call her to the back to be seen until 3:15. It's now 7am and her nurse hasn't been seen in over 3 hours. Her blood pressure alarm keeps going off because her blood pressure is through the roof, no nurse yet, her IV has been empty for more than thirty minutes, still no nurse. People have been walking out all night because they aren't bring treated and going to other hospitals. Get it together FHRM!!! Your patients deserve way better care than what you're providing!!

They let my grandfather sit there for 5 days not knowing he had a stroke said he sad a uti. Family had to request a MRI and they seen he had a stroke and send him to Moore county. And dr slaughter and his attitude was so unprofessional and uncalled for he rolled his eyes at my concerns and as very rude to me and made me upset to the point I was crying no one should have to deal with a dr like that when a family member is not doing well. His words was that’s not my gpa I have no emotions like you do for him and also that he left his other patients to come talk to me saying basically that was a problem for him to come talk to me about my gpa and my grandpa was supposed to be one of his patients after the eye rolling I told him to exit my grandfathers room he was very unprofessional and I would not trust any decision he makes with that kind of attitude. That was very very wrong and just another disappointment coming from this hospital. All I can say is make sure you watch your family and keep up with everything they are doing because some people down to the drs do not care about the patients.
