Poor communication in office. And always with staff and the client. No communication!!!! The caregivers are mostly clueless as of what to do. Most of them just sit down, looking at their phone the entire shift. Not just checking tasks done, IF ANY. The complaints are endless. And it's NOT just with me as a client. I know other clients (friends, neighbors) that say the same thing. Most of all, I DO NOT like being treated or talked to like I have Dementia. I very well have my mind and will speak as such.

I thought that the person that came to my home did a good job but. .as I looked around at things like mopping with filthy water. Here cell rang about 6 times she did not answer but it still rang.She blamed it on a timer on her phone?? It took her a very long time to do everything and my wife had to finish because she did not finish. All she did was change linen on the bed wash a few small loads of clothes and a few other small things and it took her 4 hours ! Should have taken 2 hours . I mean it does not take a hour to change linen on the bed. Please do send that person to my house. It took her 30 minutes just to throw away a few small boxes . She broke our mop ( new) . She wore the same gloves to clean the toilet and the kitchen? Huh? I even told her I had a new box of gloves. She did not know how to use the dishwasher, clothes washer or dryer. I asked her if she knew how to use the mop she said " of course" it was a non touch mop put she rang it out with her same gloves hands? Please do not send her to my house.

To whom it may concern, Mr. Mark Bayada, I'm sorry to say the Bayada health care in Salisbury is very, very unprofessional, liars, they cover up for their lazy worker, and supervisors. This has been the worst experience with an agency that we have had. The workers wouldn't show up, wouldn't half do their jobs. Very unprofessional and uncaring.
