I ordered a walker for my husband he's been sick for a while and he needed help getting up and around he has fallen a lot I have tried for a week and still have not got a walker for him is been a lot of run around now it's going to be Thursday January 8 she said maybe,before they can deliver the walker he trys to get up and I just can't get him up. It's been a hassle!

Mom discharged from hospital and they called to let her know they were delivering a nebulizer and that it may be after 5 and we said that was fine since she needed it. It's now 8 pm and they haven't shown up yet...already failing .

Todd is the most compassionate, kind human you will ever encounter. He is so helpful and patient. My Mom is the oxygen patient and came to stay with me in Georgia. We had some issues and Todd and Jasmine got her taken care of expeditiously. I wish there were more people like them in customer service positions. Life would be so much easier!!

When I first began getting my cpap supplies around 3 years ago the service was great. However over the last year I've been getting nasal cushions that are terrible. They will not seal properly and I have to toss them out trying to get one that will fit and seal good. Just got got iff the phone with Latasha and was told I didn't inform them if bad products soon enough. When ordering a 90 day supply one can't use all 5 within their 7 day time frame to let them know about their defective cushions. I will be looking fir another supplier. They do not care about their customers and keep you on hold for hours.
