It is difficult to convey in words just how grateful I am for the care and kindness shown to me by the wonderful staff from the CenterWell Home Health Shelby office during the most trying year of my life. Throughout 2025, I was hospitalized five times due to infections, internal bleeding, below-the-knee amputation, and a broken hip. Beginning with the first hospital discharge, I was blessed to have my care given to CenterWell, and they returned to care for me with each subsequent discharge. The providers who have nursed, supported, and bathed me have helped mitigate new problems while respecting my dignity and independence, and they have excellently and immediately addressed all exigencies. These amazing caregivers have become like family to me, and I do not know how I could have made it through last year without them.
