At first we started Off Great with brandy who was very friendly and helpful. Then we got Alicia who was pleasant in the beginning. She had to cancel her appointment due to Her child and we totally understood Afterwards every visit was no Longer than 10 mins. The day before Christmas she text me stating she will be there aroind 2-3 . This is the normal text we receive the next is normally her ETA. I called her a bit before or after 3 no answer I left an voicemail “ Hello it's holiday and I'm not on call so if you did not respond by 2 pm yesterday you did not get seen sorry we do have families too.” mind you I never confirm prior we new to Expect her and that’s was the the routine normally. My dad fell out the hospital bedside after he coded 5 times and being Resuscitated due to A-fib going into Ventricular fib while in the hospital and some Memory lost is there. She is always rushing and already had to Cancel because of her child why wouldn’t would we stop her I’m a mother as well. Hope library can send me Brandy back or someone with the compassion for Nursing. My star is solely. Based on the nurse I was given(Alicia) Thanks so Much

Liberty Hospice made my mom's last couple of months in early 2025 so much easier. The social worker, Brandi, walked us through many forms and such that we needed to get done and was a great visitor for Mom. Her nurse, Lola, was a treasure! A calm, caring presence every time she visited. Thank you so much for guiding my family and my Mom through a tough time.
