Only thing the hospital cares about is money. A prime example of the poor medical care has become. To bad I couldn't be a witness in Volk malpractice law suit. Avoid this place they provide little care as possible and will take their pound of flesh for mediocre care

This place is such a joke and all they want is money, they have maybe 1 good er dr and one good er nurse thats it the rest of them are stuck up and money hungry jerks. They refuse to see my daughter she is a whole different person but because I have a bill they refuse to see my daughter! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!

She profiled my husband. Racist. My husband made the appointment for his foot. Doesn't have insurance. He checked that online twice. First time made the appointment, second time online check in. We already planned to do a payment plan. We get there and was asked to get x-rays done. So we go to the x-ray area and the financial lady comes and we were told to do a 200 dollar deposit. It DID NOT mention that online when my husband specifically mentioned he did not have insurance online. Then had the nerve to ask " are you born in the US?". Profiled racist question. Cause before I didn't have insurance a while back I didn't get asked that.

After encountering many life altering event....( Frequent pneumonia, home robbery,death of daughter, and a broken hip), I've been a patient there several times recently. Never have I received better care....period. I've been a patient there at least 10 times. I had been facing many seriously difficult issues, and the staff was far beyond any I've ever seen. The care was exemplary.....and the emotional support was unsurpassed. It was indeed difficulty leave them knowing I was moving far away. Please know, never pass this place up. They were absolutely fantastic....including the Nursing assistants, nurses, Doctors, people who performed tests........I was treated with expertise, kindness,and everything good I could possibly say. A great big thank you to JRMC, the entire staff, everyone I came into contact with.You provide the most excellent care available anywhere. Thank you, God bless you always and wishing you much continued success In the future.
