If I could give zero stars I would! Do yourself a favor and find a different DME company!!! You will wait weeks and still not get any calls back nor your supplies!!!!! Your baby and their nutritional needs will be ignored and at risk waiting on these guys!

Our experience has been as bad as all the other reviews. They never answer and sometimes our supplies show up on time, sometimes they don’t. We are almost out of feeding supplies 2 weeks after calling them. I will be looking at switching home care providers

Update: went down and the guy says they are having staffing issues. So if you live close id just come down and get your stuff. 0 stars. I needed this because we are struggling financially and needed diapers. My daughter has prader willi and very sensitive skin so shes breaking out from the diapers they gave us. I keep trying to call about get a reorder and getting a certain type. Voicemail everytime. If I would have seen the reviews I would have NEVER relied on them. This company is a joke. Guess I'll be going down to the building today.

Every month is a hassle to reorder formula. Typically takes a week for a response. Sometimes on a good day, they’ll respond, and still take weeks to ship formula. We’re officially out of formula, have been for days, and I’ve left 20+ voicemails, sent numerous emails, no response. Purchasing formula OOP for the time being. I’ve had nothing but issues with this company, unfortunately we can’t switch due to insurance, so we’re stuck in this mess.

I would leave 0 stars if I was able to. THE WORST Homecare I’ve ever encountered and I am in the medical field. I would not refer this homecare to any other families with special needs children. You leave multiple voicemails (literally borderline daily voicemails), for WEEKS of NO RESPONSE!!! Emails also sent for follow up of dme/nutrition needs with NO RESPONSE!! I have no clue how it’s ok just to ignore a child’s only source of nutrition needs to be left in the hands of these people. The worst of the worst.
