I got hired there a month ago and they still haven’t found work for me after knowing my availability and having me sit through a 7 hour orientation (not paid btw) and then never contacting me about possible shifts etc. I had to call them multiple times to see if any shifts opened up for me and they would never get back to me. Then today I decide to call because I saw an open shift and they put me on hold for almost 20 mins when I decided to hang up. Then to top it off, they put me on hold until their office closed at 5. Tbh I feel like I wasted my time and frankly would have rather not be hired on. Horrible communication, I would not waste your time.

I signed up with this agency for a home health aide for my daughter. I set up interviews for an aide on 2 separate occasions but the aides never showed up and didn't call. I do not recommend this agency.

I was trying to start up services with this company. I even had supplied my own home health aides to cover my shift. I repeatedly called to check on the status of what was going on. My doctor who is very good with documentation faxed and re-faxed the information needed. My case manger from Care star even tried to help. The Director of Nursing was rude calling my doctor and lie and stated they would tell you anything to get you off the phone. I Called to speak with Mr. Price and was told he was unable. they called my case manager and told them after a month and a half long process they do not want to take my case. I took up for my Physician because I trust her and know how she runs her office. I was looking for quality care and instead was passed along that is how disabled and seniors get mishandled because they speak up for themselves.

I recently just got a background bci/fbi check from these guys for my nursing boards and everything went great!!! Background check quickly was sent to the Ohio board of nursing. Also my grandma and auntie are being taken care of by diamonds pearls and they are amazing!
